Loughman Builder was established in 1987 and is still today a family operated company. We started out as Custom Home Builders and through the years established a well know Remodeling & Repair business. The “Home Improvement” division concentrates on bathroom, kitchen, utility rooms, room additions and remodeling while the “Home Repair” division works on fixing problems that arise on the interior and exterior of your home.

Who we work with

Each clients life style and particular needs very a little with every project that Loughman has worked on. Whether it’s been a client that wanted a Lap Pool inside their home on the Eastside of Belleville and another that needed a Disability Ramp build because of a heath issue or the project down in Waterloo Il. where the client specified that he wants to use his “Baby Grand Piano” as the bathroom double Bowl Vanity, we did it! Loughman has been there through the years to make it happen. Loughman is a Fully Insured company for the protection of their clients and employees alike.
